Kohlrabi, 1 bunch

Kohlrabi is a relative of cabbage and kale. The "bulb" is an enlarged part of the stem, and all of the stem and leaves can be eaten. Shred into a coleslaw, slice and eat with dip, or chop and add to a stir fry. This is a lesser known but very versatile veggie with a mild, sweet flavor.
