Our goal is to build and maintain a strong connection to the community by providing nutritious locally-grown food. We employ the principles of biodiversity, ecological balance, sustainability and natural plant fertilization to keep the land productive.
Practices
We utilize crop rotation on our farm - a systematic approach to deciding which crop to plant where in your fields. By changing the location of the various vegetable crops each year the soil remains fertile and balanced. This simple, but effective method of farming ensures sustainability.
