About Us
Grace Hill Farm is a small family dairy and cheesemaker in Cummington. Our herd of Ayrshires/Normandes/Jersey cows rotationally graze our pastures, and we capture the fresh taste and seasonality of the Hilltowns in raw and pasteurized milk cheeses.
Practices
Our cows are grass-fed and get minerals and a small amount of local grain in the milking parlor. They eat hay in the winter, and they live outside in a managed wildness as much of the year as they can. We do not use chemical fertilizers.
